Morning, lunchtime and evening classes and 1:1 sessions are offered, to fit in with your busy schedule. Pilates in Lewes use the latest techniques and equipment, to provide an exercise workout designed to improve your core stability, posture, strength, coordination, flexibility and wellbeing.

Beginner/Improver Matwork class: (Max 8 persons)
This class is ideal if you have little or no experience in Pilates, or are returning to Pilates after a long break. Ideally suited to those who may need to rehabilitate from an injury, or are looking for a gentle, introductory matwork class.

Intermediate & Advanced Matwork class: (Max 8 persons)
These Mat classes are for those who have already gained some experience in Pilates and wish to progress to more a more challenging, fast paced Pilates class.

Seniors Matwork class: (Max 9 persons)
This gentle class is specifically for senior citizens.

Studio Equipment class: (Max 3 persons)
This class takes things up a notch, by incorporating Pilates studio equipment, such as the reformer and stability chair, in a ‘circuits’ style Pilates class.
*Please note, it is advisable that participants have had some previous Pilates experience to undertake this class.

Floor Barre
Exercises are performed on the floor and are based around traditional ballet movements. This class includes some Pilates movements as well.  A great way to add variety to your workout and no previous ballet experience necessary.

Stretch class:
This class uses a combination of traditional stretches and Pilates inspired movements to help you stretch, lengthen and relax.
